Your most important job is to be a student. You need to learn as much as you can. Reading, writing and math are very important. You can start getting ready for your future by helping out at home. It is very important to take responsibility. You can help at home, in your neighborhood, or your church. What you learn now will help you get the job(s) you want in the future.

A portfolio can be as simple as a file folder to keep important information. It could be a collection of pictures of yourself working, forms you have filled out, awards you have earned, and samples of your best work. This can be passed on from teacher to teacher, or kept at home.
