Teacher Introduction: Portfolio Checklist 3-5
The Portfolio Checklist is designed to be used as a record of completed student work. We advise you not to sign your approval for work unless it is neat, complete and perfect. Students will often need to turn in many drafts of their work before it is ready to be signed off. We suggest that you consider where student portfolios will be kept. They will contain confidential information and can become bulky. You may have received a portfolio from a previous teacher or may want to pass on a portfolio to next years teacher. Students may want to save their work in both digital (disk or CD) and hard copy (paper) form. The Portfolio Checklist should be reprinted every year and information should be revised and updated. |
