Teacher Introduction: Disability Awareness 9 – 12

The Transition Website was specifically designed as part of a grant through Pangea Foundation and NEEDS Outreach/embe Outreach to serve low incidence populations. We felt it was important to include a section to address issues that disabled students may face in the workplace. We also wanted them to meet successful workers and role models and learn about accommodations and past discrimination.
