Teacher Introduction: Documentation 9 – 12

You may need to explain many of the documents listed. You may need to help each student decide which documents they need.

Students should only check one box for each item on the checklist. However, if the student checks the "Need" box, s/he will need to fill in the "Plan" box for that item.
