Quick Fix:
For the PC:
If you are using a PC, try the following:
Go to the control panel, click on Quicktime, click on the Streaming tab, then, under connection speed, deselect Automatic and select the real (or assumed) connection speed (ie, T1 or DSL cable or ...).
Click apply, then try the web site again.
Another way of doing the same thing is to go to the ASL video, click on the down arrow of the video control (at the right hand bottom), click on connection speed, then do the same as above; that is, deselect Automatic and select the actual connection speed you have available at your computer. Click apply then try reloading the video.

For the Macintosh:
First, try the fix suggested for PC computers above. If that doesn't work, use Firefox or Mozilla or Netscape or Safari as your browser to view these videos. These are available for free at various places on the internet. Here is one location for Firefox:

A More Detailed Fix:
You may be having problems with Internet Explorer. If you are using a Macintosh computer and you get a message that you must be running a current version of QuickTime and you have already installed the latest version, try the fix explained for the PC above. If that doesn't work, try the following steps: (Please note that this is a temporary fix. There is a bug with Internet Explorer and the following steps will not stay permanent.)
